Our residences include dedicated Reverse Osmosis Treatment plants for perfectly drinkable water from all kitchen taps. This is convenient, cuts down on plastic waste and saves a family of four over $500 dollars per year.

With large windows in every apartment home, glass abounds. But nowhere is it more prominent than in our stunning penthouses where floor to ceiling glazing rises four meters high at the elevation edge.

We believe in the quality of our product. For that reason we give the longest warranties that Ghana has to offer: 10 years on structure and 5 years on all waterproofing and leakages. We would not offer this if we were not 100% confident in our end-to-end quality.
