The One Bedroom Executive Type B at the Pavilion offers a balcony variant compared to the Type A’s — instead of being located off the living, the Type B balcony cantilevers over the swimming pool deck at the north side, features 180 degree views by the day and a dramatic pool views by night.

The walkway provides accessibility to the balcony from the living room and accounts for the square meterage difference between the Type A and Type B units.
