Ghana's largest elevated pool deck
At the heart of the Pavilion’s amenities package is the terrace deck which features a one-of-a-kind resort-style swimming pool. The pool’s multi-tier design provides a 25 meter lap pool for those who wish to swim for sport and an equally large lounge pool for recreational use in addition to a kids pool, sports pool and swim-up pool bar. Separating the different levels are two in-water seating areas with luxurious fountains and green planters that give rise to two tall palm trees – all in all a sensory experience that promises to whisk you away from city life.
To ensure that life is bliss, our affiliate FM team is there to provide 24 hour security, facilities maintenance and a range of other bespoke offerings for those of you who will call the Pavilion home.

High ceilings & large windows
We go above the standard. Our tall 2.85 m ceiling heights give off that feeling of spacious luxury, while the oversized 2.40 m windows let in tons of natural light. With LED accent lights for that after-dark glow, there's a lot to look at.

Beautiful leathered granite countertops with custom cabinetry courtesy of the Baumann Group, one of Germany's leading kitchen manufacturers. High-quality German appliances and Swiss sink bowls complete the experience.
Drinking water quality
Our residences with forty apartments or more, include dedicated Reverse Osmosis Treatment plants for perfectly drinkable water from all kitchen taps. This is convenient, cuts down on plastic waste and saves a family of four over $500 dollars per year.
Expansive glass
With large windows in every apartment home, glass abounds. But nowhere is it more prominent than in our stunning penthouses where floor to ceiling glazing rises four meters high at the elevation edge.
24 hour security
Two 24 hour security booths, external CCTV coverage and access control make the Pavilion as safe as it gets. With additional CCTV cameras on every floor, you can rest assured that you're in safe hands.
Ghana's longest warranties
We believe in the quality of our product. For that reason we give the longest warranties that Ghana has to offer: 10 years on structure and 5 years on all waterproofing and leakages. We wouldn't offer this if we weren't 100% confident in our end-to-end quality.
